With more than 20 years of commercial cleaning experience, Jeremy brings extensive industry knowledge and a strong commitment to quality and consistency. He oversees field operations and employee training, working directly with our team to uphold True Shine’s standards and deliver reliable, professional service to every client.

Brittany brings extensive experience in administration, procurement, contract management, and compliance. Her expertise helps True Shine develop efficient, cost-effective solutions and customized service plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

With more than 10 years of industry experience, Nick specializes in safety, compliance, and risk management for large-scale projects. He works closely with the True Shine team to develop site-specific safety plans, promote safe work practices, and ensure projects meet applicable state and federal regulations.
